I have a phd in bioengineering and an mba, i have record numbers in new market development in the US as well as Asia and Europe. The truth is females have an easier time getting a job but not getting to the top because of preconceived notions. The reality is shitty co-workers are always gonna be around , work twice as hard and prove urself, once ure at the top, look down at those who challenged ure motivations and capabilities . good luck and keep up the success get over it, thats life, i’m male i work in capital biotech sales.
